A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange for:
A replacement item, or

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If your item qualifies, we will issue a replacement or refund instead.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
